Adventure Camps
Leadership camp is the ideal next step to Team Task days.
Whole year groups are invited to spend time on residentials suited to
their aims and needs.
The main focus will be to build upon existing key skills and encourage a greater
awareness of ones surrounding and the plentiful resources available to
all.
The students
are placed into smaller teams and set tasks designed to stretch their
comfort
zones
allowing
a
greater
dynamic
approach
to
learning.
from this point onwards they work as a team providing encouragement and support for each other as they
complete their assigned tasks over their stay.
After each activity the PMA facilitator assigned to each
group will run a review
session enabling the students to get a better understanding of how they
are developing and coping through their actions.
